Chief Kirk Blankenship and Mayor Tony Wilkie would like to extend their gratitude to the Master Gardeners for taking on Centre Police Department as a project. The Master Gardeners revamped the landscaping at the entrance of the police department with a variety of beautiful plants such as Stella Day Lilies, Black-Eyed Susans, Japanese Hollies, Tea Olive Bush, and Pink Pearl Azaleas.
Included in this picture are Jenny Houlditch, Paula Pruitt, Tillie Morgan, Becky McMichen, and Janice Mckinney. This wonderful group has worked very hard to make local areas become and stay beautiful.
