Centre Parks and Recreation will be accepting registration forms from now until April 10, 2015 . Registration location is Centre City Hall, Monday-Friday 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Dixie Boys Baseball Registration is for age 13-14 and the age control date is prior to May 1st of the current year.
Please have these forms filled out and ready when you come to register if at all possible. Copy of Birth Certificate is required.
